2. INFORMATION WE ACCESS, COLLECT, AND STORE

To operate the Dronnr fleet and mission management systems, we access and store the following types of information:

• Personal Profile Information: Your full name, email address, profile picture URL, and phone number, which are synchronized when registering an account or signing in.
• Pilot License & Certifications: Licensing identifiers (e.g., RePL, RPC), pilot credentials, and licensing status to comply with civil aviation regulations.
• Drone Fleet Attributes: Hardware attributes including brand, model, specifications document URL (specsURL), average operational price/fly, accessory loadouts, real-time battery status, and availability.
• Mission Logistics & Telemetry: Mission names, assigned drone identifiers, pilot assignments, operational coordinates/locations, maximum flight altitude limits, start times, estimated flight durations, and operator-submitted flight notes.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is accessed and processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Aviation Compliance & Safety: Verifying that flight missions are conducted only by certified and licensed pilots with proper credentials.
• Flight Planning & Coordination: Managing the scheduling of drone fleets to prevent collision risks and record active telemetry logs (e.g. max flight altitudes).
• Asset Tracking: Monitoring active battery levels, accessory setups, and availability to ensure safe flight performance.
• Authentication: Providing secure identity logins via Firebase Authentication using Google and Apple login mechanisms.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

We value your trust and maintain strict data privacy controls. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or sensitive data under any circumstances.

We share data with the following third-party subprocessors for database stability and secure operations:
• Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database to store user metadata, credentials, drone lists, and mission flight details securely.

5. DATA SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

All user, drone, and mission logs are processed over SSL/TLS secured connections. Access to sensitive data fields is governed by server-side Firebase Security Rules, restricting read/write capabilities to authorized, authenticated users.

6. DATA RETENTION & USER ACCESS RIGHTS

We retain personal details, drone specs, and mission logs only for as long as necessary to maintain flight auditing trails or until you request account deletion.

Data Deletion Request: If you wish to permanently delete your account, pilot records, registered assets, and historical mission logs, you can request immediate database removal by emailing us at gabriel@mob.studio. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changing regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
